When the Moscow regime has systematically shut down almost all channels of communication with the electorate—through independent media, public venues, and direct conversations in public squares—elections remain almost the only legal way to reach ordinary people. This is one of the rare moments when at least a minimal right to talk to voters and access to media airtime still exists. This is also the view of Ekaterina Duntsova: for us, it is an opportunity to speak with people.

Today on Breakfast Show (https://www.youtube.com/live/sH0-FHP9LD0?si=jPNGDUmTOCK4gpeX&t=33m41s), we discussed the upcoming State Duma elections—so eagerly awaited by the authorities—though many people have not yet had the chance to fully dive into the context.

At the same time, the elections themselves are very important. They will serve as a “measurement” of public sentiment before a new parliament potentially adopts further major restrictions.

❗️For us, elections are a platform to talk to people. In a situation where almost all other ways of direct communication with society have been blocked, this chance cannot be missed: every person persuaded, or every life saved, is already a result.

And we do not plan to stop. Ahead lies a large-scale campaign to defend our values of peace, freedom, and a dignified life.
