It appears that the “grinding mill of war” no longer cares who is sacrificed — nor do medical commissions that, according to reports, declare people fit for service despite serious diagnoses, including HIV. While HIV may not be visible externally, the physical condition of people suffering from severe dystrophy and fecal incontinence is impossible to conceal. In addition, according to fellow servicemen, such cases may also involve psychiatric or neurocognitive disorders: the person appears disoriented, barely communicates, and requires constant supervision. These are the conditions reportedly described by soldiers regarding a “legally registered” serviceman — details below.

“F**k, why do they even take people like this into the army? <…> He walks around, shts in diapers everywhere. Everything is covered in sht. How is this possible? How are they supposed to keep him here? What for?!”

A serviceman published a video showing a soldier sent “to reinforce manpower” in one of the units of the 127th Motor Rifle Division of the 5th Guards Combined Arms Army (military unit No. 06426).

The footage shows that the newly arrived soldier has obvious health problems and, according to the author, must use diapers. The author also notes that the soldier may have mental or cognitive impairments — he barely responds to speech and does not engage in normal communication. The serviceman questions how a person in such a condition could have been declared fit for service and deployed:

“He doesn’t talk at all. He just walks around and keeps sh*tting, constantly.”

At the same time, according to the report, military enlistment offices appear untroubled by such situations.
