Amputated, severely wounded former prisoners who are unable to walk are reportedly being sent back to the front line.
Those awaiting medical commissions (VVK), disability status, prosthetics, and surgeries are being returned to war as expendable material.
Servicemen of the 126th regiment directly accuse Colonel Konstantinov Vladimir Nikolaevich.
If this is true, it is no longer just cruelty, but a systematic destruction of people under the guise of service.

Details:

A group of servicemen serving in the 126th motor rifle regiment (military unit 50526) of the 71st motor rifle division recorded appeals stating that they are being prepared for deployment to the combat zone despite amputations, severe injuries, and inability to move independently.

Serviceman Mikhail Viktorovich Mukmenov, born March 12, 1982, reported a foot amputation and inability to move independently. According to him, he is undergoing treatment, awaiting a call to the medical commission (VVK) and disability status, however he is being sent to the front line.

Sergey Anatolyevich Bogdanov reported an amputation of his right leg above the knee. He is also being sent to the front line despite being unable to move independently or handle a weapon.

Andrey Vladimirovich Startsev, born February 17, 1987, stated that his leg was amputated in 2024. He indicated that he has been granted lifelong disability status and that the medical commission classified him as category “D” (unfit for military service). Despite this, he stated that he was still sent to the front line and issued equipment while waiting for a prosthesis.

“There is information that Konstantinov, the division’s chief of staff, is responsible, and that he hates so-called ‘kashniki’ — us, former prisoners. Everyone must die, without exception.”

Davy d Dmitrievich Kolesov, born February 9, 1997, reported that he is undergoing scheduled treatment at a permanent deployment point. According to him, he has another surgery planned in two months, however he and other servicemen are being prepared for transfer to the combat zone, which he considers illegal.

Serviceman Elbrus Bakhtiyarovich Babaev, born November 23, 1976, reported that he was wounded near Bakhmut and is undergoing treatment. According to him, he has severe consequences: he cannot walk, his arm does not function, yet he was told to prepare for deployment to the combat zone.

Servicemen criticized the command, stating that pressure is applied primarily to former prisoners. In their appeals, accusations were made against the chief of staff — deputy commander of the 71st motor rifle division, Colonel Konstantinov Vladimir Nikolaevich. According to the soldiers, it is by his order that they are sent to the front line.

“They tell us: a prisoner should not live, a prisoner must fight there, die there, remain there. What kind of attitude is this toward us? Why is this happening?”

Servicemen claim that appeals to the local prosecutor’s office have yielded no results. They are asking for intervention and say they will continue appealing if the situation is not stopped.
