On ne peut pas arrêter l’arbitraire en portant plainte auprès de ceux qui l’ont organisé : un militaire affirme qu’un contrat a été signé à son nom sans son consentement, qu’on ne lui verse pas sa solde, qu’il n’est pas soigné, qu’on a tenté de l’utiliser comme kamikaze, et que ceux qui disent la vérité sur les morts sont exécutés sur place.
